Peaks kitchen
The Peaks Residence – 6th Floor. Sukhumvit 15, end of Soi next to the Klong.
The unit was spacious, (1,300 sq/feet) with their being three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is light and bright, comes with an open kitchen, enclosed by low benches
Having an oven, four plate electric hob and near by a washing + drying machine.
There is a large balcony off of the master bedrooms offering views of the klong.
On the roof is a medium/small pool and a fitness room plus a good sized relaxing roof top area. Bills are as per the government standard rates of 3.5 baht per unit of electricity and 16 baht per unit for water. Management is not proactive however and the French owners reside outside of Thailand. The building has a tuk tuk service starting from about 8:30/9:00, running till 5:00. The infinity hot water systems in the showers presently do not work. The place requires a clean, especially the balcony.
Up front payments relate to the usual two months security deposit and one months rent in advance. Asking price is 42,000 baht per month.
