Classy disco cake
9 inch and 7 inch extended tiers. Bottom tier is white choc with white choc ganache and top is choc mud filled with milk choc ganache and covered in dark choc ganache.
This was made for a friends, hubbies 40th. We were going to go with a Kitch design with cut out disco dancers and a mosaic style square dance floor but then my friend chickened out and decided to go with a simpler design. I was happy as long as we kept the disco ball!!
